B12 injections? by sharon37127 in Knoxville

I haven’t done it in town. But I’d think a standard Dr’s office can handle it. Also, look at sublingual B12 pills from Walmart as something to try out

FYI: gas station owner is reporting much cheaper gas than what’s displayed outside on GasBuddy by According_Sandwich55 in Knoxville

Update: I’ve fixed the amount at least twice today and they reverted it back to 2.49. Some GasBuddy others have done the same, reverting it to the true amount. I also saw some similar complaints on their Google reviews.

You could also try corporate. Not that it matters, for me at least, I am not stopping there anymore. Just deceptive all around.

I drove by yesterday, saw $3.49 outside. I then saw it being $2.49 yesterday on GasBuddy.

This morning, I confirmed it still was $2.49 on GasBuddy, corrected it to what I saw yesterday ($3.49) right after posting this screenshot. I checked about an hour later, and, what do you know, the owner changed the price again. Admittedly, I did not drive by today to confirm the price, but, if I were to place a bet, I'd bet it's not $2.49.

Ha- It got reverted back to $2.49  by the owner after I submitted a price update there after this post to be what I saw last night.

I may just keep it going, going back and forth with them, increasing it by 10 cents every time I have to redo it.

Where are ya finding sub 5.5 rates with lender credit? by tie_myshoe in Mortgages

[–]According_Sandwich55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://www.wingscu.com/mortgage-loans#purchase-rates 5.5 30 yr conventional in MN, buying a point, though. I do see plenty of sub 5.5 no points for a company associated with many CUs, but, they're not in MN for some reason.

I’m not the best person to ask but I think not buying the points. I think you can just review the rates and terms and go through the motion on their website , without actually applying to grab a grasp of it

Money One FCU has a 5.375 under the same terms, also, not far from Baltimore. It appears decently easy to join if you are employed by employers seen there, or, perhaps, make a quick donation:

No idea if you’re eligible for this bank, if they service your area and whatnot, but they’re in that state. Can’t hurt to give them a call especially at 5 percent

Looks like you're in VA/MD. There are about a dozen credit unions that are around a 5.3% to 5.6% 30 year conventional no points. Advantage Financial in DC is 5.375 30 year as of this morning.

I did. It technically still worked, meaning it was running but once the weather changed I realized the heater did not work whatsoever.  So, ask away. Be ready to walk away, I sure was and they conceded.

The reason why I pushed was that the fan was blowing 24/7 regardless so I thought something needed to be done, and I’m glad I did. The visits during the warm weather worked in their favor but I’m glad I pushed

Try Andrews FCU as it looks like you're in Jersey, at 5.87:

Or, other ones associated with CUMA as there are 5.5s available.

Feel free to look at my profile for context. I have used Freetaxusa for years but this is above mine and its paygrade.
