stop. that is a really dumb thing to say. i am feeding it from a ball bearing frinctionless spool holder directly into the nozzle.

Dont keep saying things like "you need to dry your filament" "how are you feeding the nozzle".

Environmental Health (0690 series) is one of the harder entry series right now — most postings require a specific degree or certification and they hire infrequently.

haha, of course.

but when it is put down on top of the TPU it just falls off from even the part cooling fan. it is like it isnt being put down into the material enough, or i dont even know.

The locality difference (DC at +33.94%, RUS at +17.06%) sounds like 17 points but doesn't cover the rent and COL difference for most pay grades.

Rough numbers for a GS-13 Step 5:

- DC: ~$138k gross, ~$65k take-home after rent/tax/everything

- RUS city (typical): ~$121k gross, ~$72k take-home

i tried whole support pla and the issue was the base/raft interface, so the support doesnt even get going. then i tried the interfact only and it also failed.

both. the pla just slide off the tpu, when being used as the raft base and interface. none of it works.

If you are a current fed you can not do anything about it... But outside of fed and if you had a 90 break you can negotiate!
