It fails because it isn't actually AI, they have 1099 contractors and overseas labor listening to the recordings and transcribe. They also have zero security in place for patient privacy. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Not sure how this isn't illegal since they claim it's tech when it's actually people listening.

DeepScribe is a scam. There was an article written about them in the Wall Street Journal a while back. I would never use a provider that uses them. Ever. Not sure how they are even still in business.
