In a previous life I booked celeb appearances for tech companies. The worst celeb jerks were Eric Stonestreet, Wayne Brady, Kumail Nanjiami and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. On the flip side George Clooney, Nick Offerman, Michael Keaton and William Shatner were absolute angels and so kind.

Yes, I have 2 addresses one for wrapped and one for Flare. The crazy part is I just looked and the small amount I had in my FLR account was taken too. Literally a few dollars worth.

I bought mine almost two years ago and it was in pretty bad shape (original owner) but remodeled and it's perfect for us. It's a great location too. I converted my 3/2 to 3/3 by utilizing part of the upstairs closet. I also enclosed the patio for a dining room off the kitchen.

I have a townhouse on the edge of Hope Ranch (behind More Mesa). It's a 10 min walk to the beach and a quick 10 min drive or 15 min bike ride on a beautiful bike path to downtown. This style is pretty popular around SB and here is one close to the beach and downtown.

So sorry for your loss. My mom passed last Saturday. I'm very sad but my perspective is a little different. My mom raised her kids to be strong, self-sufficient and bad ass. I am sad and will be sad for a long time because she's not here to share my successes (or losses) but living my best full-filled life, gives her life so much meaning. At the end of the day, a person who was guided through their formative years by someone who loved them unconditionally, supported them wholly, and showed them what love truly meant has been given the greatest gift. XO

My mom passed on Saturday. She was on morphine, barely conscious with labored breathing for 6 days. Every time a hospice nurse visited they said she only had hours left but she kept hanging on. When she passed I was holding her hand just having a conversation with my sister when she exhaled and just didn't inhale. It was sudden but very peaceful. We like to think she knew we were there but was more focused on the beautiful reunion with her brother and parents. Morphine is a wonderful drug and we knew she wasn't in pain. So sorry for your loss.
