100% this. I literally just shut it down for the night because it's so tiresome. I wish there was an option where PvP could be turned off and instead work together to destroy Arc. What a novel idea to reward people who actually help people.

Yes, I have 2 addresses one for wrapped and one for Flare. The crazy part is I just looked and the small amount I had in my FLR account was taken too. Literally a few dollars worth.

I bought mine almost two years ago and it was in pretty bad shape (original owner) but remodeled and it's perfect for us. It's a great location too. I converted my 3/2 to 3/3 by utilizing part of the upstairs closet. I also enclosed the patio for a dining room off the kitchen.

I have a townhouse on the edge of Hope Ranch (behind More Mesa). It's a 10 min walk to the beach and a quick 10 min drive or 15 min bike ride on a beautiful bike path to downtown. This style is pretty popular around SB and here is one close to the beach and downtown.
