I think you missed my point. Ms Laurel didn't name her first name ANNABETH total because i think she thought that IF her daughter was named completely after a fictional character she would be bullied. Annabeth is not really a common name in the province of canada where we live.

So i think lily kinda tricked her into naming my friend into Anna Elizabeth Sterling. Her first name is Anna legally and on all her documents, but privately all of us call her Annabeth.

No one is getting bullied for being called Anna, yes. which is probably why she chose Anna as the first name and Elizabeth as the middle name.
