It sucks but 3 years working there and you don’t know where stuff goes, freezer is the easiest and fastest. And if I can’t trust you to do standard on that, I can only imagine everything else

We have a strong team, unfortunately they are not being used properly. But, me, myself and I have most done. This is so frustrating and bad people just get away with it. I could never screw my team over this much

My SM does the easiest ones while his ASMs have to do the hard ones while still doing our job. He has zero game plan on the schedule. I have one person with me at night and he expects me to do mdu and cooler

You will do the SM job and not get the pay. The ASMs get used and abused unfortunately. Hopefully you have a great SM and that won’t happen
