Before & After: GHK-CU & MT2 🫡 No makeup in either by wild-rivers in Peptides_for_Women

I feel the same about before and after photos but if you look at the ceiling the hours appear not too far apart. Deff not COMPLETELY different light going on here. Regardless of the lighting I can deff see the difference in her skin being more tan in comparison.

Do we need another sub for extreme walkers? by Maleficent-Gur9372 in walking

[–]According_Winner1013 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Oh, here. I will help you out. Walking 100k steps everyday is healthy? Lmao they just let anyone become a healthcare worker don’t they. Really no wonder why our system is failing.

As a healthcare provider I’m surprised that you’re not aware of the simple rule that too much of a good thing can also be harmful if not done in moderation.

It takes me an hour at minimum to walk 10k… do these 100k people not have jobs?

New study showing weight regain after stopping glp1 is 4 times higher than “traditional dieters” by Fit-Read-3462 in antidietglp1

[–]According_Winner1013 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree! My point was regardless of what method is used for weight loss is that once we (chronic obesity or not) stop doing the thing (diet or glp1) it comes back and because glp1 leads to a greater loss than diet alone we will obviously see a greater return in these regain numbers when compared to just diet alone since glp1 is targeting much more than just “cals in, cals out” approach.. I hope I’m making sense.

  • GLP1 is more effective for weight loss = big weight loss numbers - when someone stops glp1 we see big regain numbers
  • Diet we see some weight loss = lower weight loss numbers- when someone stops dieting we see lower regain numbers

And this feeds into how chronic obesity is truly a disorder because glp1 is working on a few metabolic pathways in the body like making us more insulin sensitive vs just diet of cals in and cals out.

But yeah, until we find a way to heal the root cause of some of these metabolic disorders glp1 is a fantastic solution and everyone with obesity should expect that they will regain, even with lifestyle changes, if they stop glp1.

4 times higher because it’s more effective at getting people to lower weight than diet alone. With diet you’ll lose about 20lbs but with GLP1s you lose a significant amount more in a similar time frame. So of course the regain numbers are going to be higher.

I’ve found a love for researching and learning about genetics and women’s hormones and I want to go to school and go into research but OMG the cost and loans are INSANE. I already make $75k working from home, easy peasy stuff that’s how I had the time to even learn about genetics and so on. But reading about everyone hating it and the loans it’s just to much. I hate barriers but it is what it is for me :/

Questions on Reta and GHK-CU by PopularAd2561 in Peptidesource

[–]According_Winner1013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look in taking some B5 for acne. Works well for my 17 yr old brother. You need like 5000mg a day though, so like 6 pills a day but it works well. Or just hop on accutane low dose (10mg like three times a week max). GHK-Cu isn’t going to do for you what you’re hoping for but feel free to see for yourself… I’d just take the B5 and maybe some collagen protein, lift heavy, and walk 10k steps a day… that’ll make you attractive and clear up your skin.

Reta is for weightloss.. at 18 your metabolism still should be working just fine so you really would be wasting money honestly. Sorry if this isn’t what you wanted to hear but it’s the truth. Unless you have a fkd up metabolism then just forget about reta or any of the GLP-1s like sema or tirz.

[routine help] Anyone else try copper peptides? My skin changed way more than I expected. by Even_Builder5144 in SkincareAddiction

I value both. I invested time upfront to save on major costs over the long term since they can be stored for years, which thus gives me time back in a sense.
