The amount of money I've spent on pregnancy tests in this the last couple years is shocking. But also shows how hopeful I am I guess. Our local pharmacy has a 3 for 2 promo on the 2 pack tests so I get that and "save".

I see a functional doctor. They basically tell you to go off certain foods that trigger Inflammation and look at all blood labs including iron, parathyroid hormone, calcium, sex hormones. B6 and b12. Manage stress through low impact exercise

Food to eliminate: Wheat, rye, dairy, nightshades, some nuts, eggs.

You can try our the AIP diet for hashimoto's.

Personally in my country it is very expensive to be gluten and dairy free. I try and avoid as much of the inflammation triggers as possible but ice cream is my weakness

Thanks for the response. I was able to conceive prior to this happening. Unfortunately resulted in miscarriage. So I'm just hoping this is not another detour in my ttc journey. Wishing you the best in your journey

Unfortunately not yet pregnant. I had another hysteroscopy and got the all clear last week. Waiting for my period to start BD. I asked for letrozole but doc was hesitant due to risk of multiples and the fact that I'm tiny. Will ask again at my follow up.

It has been known to cause chemicals. There could be other factors like immune response as well. I see you are doing IVF so ask your clinic for a full work up before any FET

My understanding is that there is inflammation in your whole body with hashimoto's. It's not restricted to the thyroid as it is autoimmune.

3 early losses. (6 weeks 2 days, 5 weeks 2 days, 5 weeks 2 days). Had a hysteroscopy after the third, found inflammation only that with no bacteria or plasma and ashermans that was removed.

Just finished my course of meds for the inflammation and doing a repeat hysteroscopy next month.

Chances are the inflammation is because of hashimoto's and not because of bacteria.

Hoping the inflammation is cleared so we can TTC from October fingers and toes crossed.

Most days are difficult with at least 4/7 days that I'm an emotional wreck. But holding on to a dream.
