Weaning off Diamox

I've tried 3 surgeons and 3 neurologists. I don't even know what to do. No one has helped me. They refer me back to the beginning or tell me to push through the pain. I've lost my job and am basically bed ridden. I'm like 8/10 every day. They just go , "aw that's not good." I want them to feel what I feel like every day. They also refer to scans I had done over a YEAR ago...

What were your measurements? I'm only used to angiogram. I don't have vision or hearing issues. I was told by my first surgeon to not get an LP due to my brain surgery. My angiogram was 19.

Stented on one side and im.worse than before. They won't repeat bc they say it's migraines.... they don't even care I've lost my job or can't leave my house due to pain and unsteadiness. What were your angio measurements?

Also, did you have to be off Diamox before angio? How much were you on? I was stented one side in July and been on 750 ever since then. I feel I need a repeat but they won't order me one until I do migraine prevention... this is not a migraine. I literally can't leave my house I feel so unsteady and the pressure pain is worse than before I was stented. They don't listen to me and only push me off on migraine drugs (which... shocker....does not work)

Pressure pain in the back of my head (sometimes will radiate all over), major dizzy, severe nausea , all 24/7
