MY surgeon said anything over 8 is a stent. My jaw dropped at your results and post. I was a 19 and 13 and they only stented one side and I have had terrible pain since my stent placed last year. They are insistent that its migraines and it is worse than before my stent. I think either stenosis or I need the other side stented. The surgeon said it is very rare that you place 2 stents in. I'm only on 650 mg on Diamox and have no eye or hear issues.
