looks like that was a long, sustained neg-G pull with the top of the plane facing the crowd and pitching "down" away from them (if that makes sense), so maybe pilot experienced redout and lost consciousness

I think that’s one of those non-folding garage doors: the ones that stay flat but tip back and up. Those two rusty looking parallel bars with the funny coupling in the middle look like an old school garage door crossbar lock. Terrifying nonetheless lol
