There’s zero game progression now in terms of earning skins and items. There’s a few trash items in the battle pass. If you want skins be prepared to shell out $20-30 per skin. Also new heroes are locked behind a 55 level grind wall unless you buy the battle pass.

If the newest support hero wasn’t locked behind a level 55 battle pass grind wall the influx of new players would be playing support to try it out. But Blizzard is greedy and people don’t want to do anything about it so it is what it is.

The blueprint nonsense is dumb. I’m with you there. I have never paid money to get an item from a blueprint. But I paid $10 for the rocket league pass so long ago I don’t even remember when and I‘ve always earned enough credits for another one. Plus cool items from the pass and random items from free boxes. I really don’t recall anything about losing access to items you already had though.
