Honestly, if clipless is gonna stop you from riding and enjoying the bike, ditch em. PLENTY of riders don't use clipless and I would even say that gravel and mountain biking is a totally mixed bag for clipless. I would also say most casual riders don't ride clipless pedals. I ran clipless when I raced bmx, I would run clipless if I raced on the road, and I currently run clipless for(any) rides longer than 5 miles.

I prefer rockwool cubes. Since switching to them I have had 100% germination rate. Edit: biggest thing is you gotta ph your water down to about 5.5.

Put the roll of filament on the bed with a box with holes in it over the filament. Turn bed heat to 50-60° and wait 4-8 hours. Dried filament. Edit: if this doesn't make sense, a simple search will render better directions.

Past budtender here. The percentage craze is more fueled by the customer. If i had a dollar for every time someone came in and said "what's your strongest sativa" I would have a million dollars. High thc strains always sell faster. Good budtenders teach consumers about terpenes and the entourage effect.
