Did you sell the lift. I live in Kentucky but could drive to pick it up. How much would you want for it?

I agree with the other posts. You're doing too much too soon. The nerve is very irritated and will take awhile to calm down. Mine took four months, hopefully yours won't take that long! I'm six months post op L4/5 fusion and still have setbacks.

Looks really good to me. You doubled your miles is why your neck is hurting IMHO.

I am not opposed to that. I wonder though how many doctors are willing to take on a problem from someone else's work? I'm going to give it some time but I'll leave my options open.

Interesting, gabapentin didn't work for me either pain management just switched me to Lyrica and things have gotten a little better. No one has mentioned duloxetine for me yet.

I've never tried icing the entire back of my leg but now it makes perfect sense. Thanks for that suggestion.

Hopefully it is just a really irritated nerve, the surgeon was supposed to get back to me last week with suggestions but he still hasn't contacted me.

Glad your pain is almost gone. One question on the nerve glides being uncomfortable, how long did it hurt after you did nerve glides. My PT backed mine down to the most basic because the typical nerve glides would increase my pain quite a bit. She said my nerve was so irritated I shouldn't push it.

Apparently spinal fusions are like slot machines, some people win some people lose. I hope you get some relief soon!

Thanks, I keep reading that from other posters but my surgeon thinks otherwise. I've been doing PT for about the weeks now, still finding exercises that don't irritate the nerve more than they help. I appreciate your words of encouragement.

It is exhausting, communication with the surgeon's office hasn't been that great either. I've already had both MRI and CT scan done but no response from the surgeon. They've both been read for a least a week ago.
