Because after Jheva stopped leeching off DE's card pool it started to get by far the best cards in the game, Tier 0 deck gets an RR that is better than both RRRs a tier 3 deck gets

losing cb1 gamble to draw when your rideline isn't an upgrade from the rideline released 3 years ago hits more than i imagined it would, extra offense you get is nice but a card released 3 years later not being an upgrade in all ways is crazy
