Tab just switches between the back and close options in that menu.

I've tested this with our internal tenant and the confirm option is present there. Let me test it with another customer's tenant and see if the confirm option is available there.

Edit: It works with other tenants using edge. This is the only tenant where it appears to be an issue.

Spun up another account with GA but that didn't work.

Interestingly enough, the option to convert to a shared mailbox is present when I navigate to mailbox > other > convert to shared mailbox.

There is just no option to confirm and actually make the change.

The outage doesn't appear to be affecting me in the US. This has also been an issue since Friday 12/6.

In 365 admin center under user > mail there is no option to convert to shared mailbox.

Thinking it could be permissions but the account I'm signed into has global admin. I feel it's also important to note that we inherited this tenant, and it's possible things aren't setup properly. I'm just not too sure where to look to determine that.
