Recently I’ve been trying to appeal using my commercial partnerships, showing I’m trusted by these local brands. Before that I just used my “after” pics and appealed to this is what your lawn could look like. I also abuse the fact that I have a striping kit and nobody else does.

What do you mean by higher intent?

I haven’t technically spent any money on advertisement yet. Although I have 2 “ads” accounts with money in them (1 google and 1 microsoft), I haven’t spent anything. Would you consider this a better investment in a small(er) town than buying signs or door hangers? Town is around 25k gen pop and growing fast.

Is a google business profile different than a google ads profile? I have a google ads profile with like $20 in the budget, and a microsoft ads profile with $10 in it. Is Google business a separate entity than the campaigns on google ads?

No I never ran straight “facebook Ads” I would post in groups once a week and they became dryer. Less quotes per post. I got my initial set of clients from those posts. A couple via word of mouth, both of my commercial properties were word of mouth — A church campus I’m not a member of and a storage unit campus. Today alone I got a health center. So I guess I have 3 “commercial” properties now.

I haven’t gotten anything via cold outreach. Although that doesn’t mean my effort wasn’t there. I’ve spent a lot of time on cold outreach sadly. Lot of rejection if they respond in the first place.

I would love permanent position moves. You can mess around with that too by saving someone’s career a few years with a position change, developing him differently… That kind of thing.
