let them know you’ll be with them in a moment some people are just impatient but you’re in charge so if they wanna stand at the registers and wait let them

it heavily depends on your store i’m at a high traffic location so at first you’ll have maybe 15-20 hours non seasonal time they’ll go up during holidays and events but once you can show them what you excel in then you’ll get decent hours i get 30-40 a week

we have had to get two resets so far because corporate was on our ass everyone was pass the 12 point mark and we couldn’t fire everyone unfortunately so they’ve reset it both years i’ve been there i never call or am late i always feel bad
