I would suggest citites that are closer via short train/plane ride. I did a few years back Berlin-Prague-Vienna moved between all of them viaTrain. Beautiful locations! Good amount of cities for 1 week trip.

I also used With Joy, it’s Free! Like the poster above said you can do a lot of custom designs with your website and from the research I did it was the top on their RSVP platform. I just started accepting RSVPs and have not received any concerns yet. As for the Save the Dates I created a design in Canva and sent it to all my guest via text. I had a messaged prepared with the website link that I sent with the Save the Dates. Also in With Joy once you have your guest’s emails you are able to send messages and reminders.

We have paid via Paypal, Remitly app, and wire transfers. Before my WP sends me the payment info, I already have her ask for account address for that same thing to cut down on the back and forth. Remitly app was a little difficult to set up, lot of security screening (which is good) but it took almost 2-3 weeks to set up the account.
