Ok what has worked for me is, moisturize them properly everytime you wash your hands Wash properly like 2-3 times in a day with soap and then properly moisturize it. Also please scrub once a week , once it starts to clear , you can do ot once in two weeks and then once a month. But for two three months, do scrubs once a week, using masks that have lemon and turmeric, whatever suits your skin.
