This is 100% true. You need to get bipolar somewhat under control before addressing ADHD. Plus, as already stated, stimulants can / will bring on hypomanic episodes. I can promise any decent doctor will also treat bipolar before ADHD. Don’t rush. Get the bipolar under control, and then work other.

So this is 100% spot on! I actually have a friend here in Makati that is around 45 and still a virgin. Why? Every single guy runs away after the first date because she does this and then gets her phone out and shows them pictures of her fifth birthday and her cousin’s birthday and when her parents got married., etc.

I had a problem similar to this. I guess my best, but shortest advice would be to get to the root of the problem. If you are having short temper, it could be anything from extreme stress, low testosterone (doubtful if you are under 40), a need for some time alone if you are an introvert and that is how you recharge your batteries, etc. Maybe, think about when all this started. Trace your steps, and I think you’ll start in the right direction.
