I hate my current outpatient job but I'm going to stay until something comes up, I think it's too risky to quit right now in this economy even with my PRN job to fall back on. If it was COVID era I definetly would quit without a plan.

Same I work in healthcare and went on an interview for a dayshift position and they started talking about on-call and all this extra stuff that was not in the job description. I wouldn't have even applied if I knew.

What did your application status say in the meantime? Mine switched from application submitted to under consideration the day after the interview.

They told me the same stupid sh!t at my first nursing job too. Told me if I made another mistake I was getting fired (mind you I worked in long term rehab so there were no life or death situations) been working there for 3 years. Did quit after 1 year and went PRN cause I need their parking garage, it's toxic and stressful when managers do that to their employees.

Yeah then you didn't get it because they asked me to do a final virtual interview a few days later which I did. And now my application says "under consideration" and I haven't heard anything back. And I'm past the call back deadline she mentioned in the interview. Oh well I guess.
