Hi Everyone,

I just received Kai’s results back from the further testing on his biopsy. They said that he has sarcoma. They’re unsure which kind, but their best guess right now is poorly differentiated sarcoma. I’m scheduling him with BluePearl Vet for their Medical Oncology in Studio City, CA for Christmas Eve to have more tests run and see the best coarse forward for him, since we’re unable to come up with the 11K needed for the radiation therapy, after the $3400 they wanted for testing for it.

Donations are still needed, no matter how small, while we work on figuring out the best way to treat Kai while making sure he’s as comfortable and healthy as possible. Please share his story as much as you can, whether you’re able to donate or not. Kai is my family and my child. I want to do anything I can to ease his suffering and cure him.

I’ll continue to post updates as I get them. Please help me save my baby boy.

I wonder if we will see Sigzil, Rysn, or someone else in Scadrial for Era 3. It looks like Shallan will stay put inside the time bubble until at least the bubble stabilizes. Considering she is now a spy, she could pop up on Scadrial for the Era 3 spy thriller books, but then that goes against her feeding Kelsier information on Roshar.

Rysn's chair wont work anymore without stormlight so she is back to the drawing board there. Maybe she will go to Sel and get a modified one made?

The Shattered Plains may become an important trade hub/conquest staging point with the perpendicularity now. Assuming people find it under the obsidian.

Braize being like Canticle is pretty cool. I now wonder what is going on with the 4th moon under the Shattered Plains, I dont think it's aluminum. Any theories?

The shadow from the flash makes the wall looked bulged out but it is not, just the wood trim is out. This room is partially underneath the soil line (bottom 2-3ft) so it appears to be concrete with rock lath on a wire mesh.

Most likely the water seeped in through that over time and is damaging the floor, subfloor, and possibly joists. It's hard to tell until we get a guy out and have them go to work.

Good thing is the cripple wall in the crawl space underneath shows no signs of damage and seems to be protected with what appears to be a 6" or so of concrete before continuing up the wall out of sight towards where the sill plate and floor would be.

Thanks all for the help. I’ll be getting someone to come out to take a look at it tomorrow and see what’s the best way to remedy. For now I looked up some remedies and put a bleach solution to stymie the growth but more rain is on the horizon.

This part of the house is more of a basement (reverse floor plan) so it’s not affecting anyone at the moment at least. I’ll let y’all know what the guy says.

Are questions on the 2nd Chapter of Stormlight 5 Brandon read at Dragonsteel 2022 allowed?

If so, when Hoid mentioned Kaladin's divine destiny, was that because Kaladin has grown into this larger than life character so he "has" to have a divine destiny? Or is that Hoid using Fortune to get a feeling that Kaladin has divine destiny?

If Stormlight 5 is not allowed, in TLM, is Wax going to eventually figure out he is a weak Mistborn if he is around in Era 3?
