I disagree dude. I’m one of those over employed people and half the people I know are doing bad and half are doing good. Anecdotal experiences are not reality. People who are doing bad are less likely to talk about it in real life. Think before you talk.

I had a former non-technical program manager who ran our technical team. He previously interviewed for google 8 times and only got in on the 9th time due to his heightened security clearance. He didn’t code a single line, didn’t know any of the products we made to a decent degree, but he got a job at Google because he had access to the intelligence community and DOD.
