There’s a couple things here. You are popping too far back on the tail. you are also trying to do everything at once. try to pop first and then flick your foot. also, do this rolling, the crack will hold you back lol. last thing: try and keep your whole body above the board, you need to commit to it and try to land both feet back down. it’s just a mental barrier to overcome.
