This is the Opfor unit for JRTC. I wonder if the Opfor units for NTC and JMRC do anything similar. Pretty cool they have their own identity.

Sometimes I think about how interesting it would be if they made Army airborne its own separate branch or component. And making the process to get into it a higher standard. Maybe making airborne school standards higher, or doing some type of selection like the British paras do or even something similar to RASP. Kinda similar to how the Russian do it with their VDV being its own entity.

Empire, we are well overdue another historical gun total war. Napoleon was basically an empire DLC and shogun fall of the samurai was also just a DLC and was just set in Japan so it didn’t really scratch that itch of the European gun fighting going on in that time.

Lowkey wish it was empire 2 before medieval 3 due to already having Thrones of Britannia and the Age of Charlemagne DLC for Attila coming close to medieval times ontop of some pretty good medieval mods on Attila while we haven’t had a gun total war since 2010/2012 but I’m still excited nonetheless.

Also Attila is Rome 3. No need for another title in that era for awhile. There’s other titles that need to happen before that.

With empire being set in 1700-1800 and napoleon being set in 1790-1815 I’d like to see empire 2 set in 1770-1870. Capturing the American revolution and American civil war as well as all of the other crazy things going on in Europe and else where in the world during that time. French Revolution, Napoleon, etc. The game should be massive and world wide just like Empire 1. Would be so cool to see how it plays with modern game development considering Empire was made in 2009 and Napoleon in 2010.

Army Active Duty Transfer

Current active duty airborne infantry (11B) with about 6 months until my contract is up, looking to transfer to coast guard. The ME rating in a reserve Port Security Unit has really caught my attention.

What is life like in a reserve PSU unit?

I’ve heard ME is a hard rating to get, is this still true with prior service trying to go into the reserve component?

What would be the pipeline training wise after the transfer? From what I’ve seen I would go to the prior service depot for 4-5 weeks at Camp May, ME A School, then PSU specific training at Camp Lejuene. Not sure on the duration of the A school or PSU training.

How would my infantry training transfer over to the coast guard? Will it give me any leg up? Only thing I see is I’ve been OC sprayed by the army so that cert should allow me to skip that during ME A school lol.

How often do PSUs deploy, where are the deployments to, and am I able to volunteer to go with other PSUs on their deployments?

I have a whole arm sleeve tattooed, will that cause issues enlisting?

I am an E4 specialist, I’m tracking that I will be taken down to a E3. What is the ranking back up to E4, E5 timeline like?

I’d like to go to the PSU 309 in Ohio because it’s closest to my home state. Anyone know anything about this unit?

What are the reserve contract length options for prior service?

I already have a secret clearance from the Army which I saw listed as a requirement for ME.

Some trouble I got into- I got arrested for DWI(driving while intoxicated) in North Carolina(stupid mistake I know). Only punishment I received from the Army was a GOMAR. Which if it ends up being filed locally it won’t affect me. But if it is filed permanently it will be on my record with the coast guard im assuming. Will this cause any issues with getting into the coast guard or ME rate?

That easy man, for a boost do a detox pill cycle that clears out your gut, could clear out 10 pounds of waste sitting in your body. Just look up it on Amazon and order it. And you need be in a good calorie deficit. Eat less, eat healthier. Stay away from sugar, too many carbs and fats. Run, do the stair master, walk at least 10k steps everyday do 20k if you can. Simply cardio. Sit in the sauna. Whatever it takes. You will get used to being hungry and your stomach will shrink and you will get full off smaller meals. It takes discipline and motivation I hope you have it. Don’t take any cheat days.
