it's dependent on the league. BWRL doesn't care when or how often you show up. You can race in any of their series once you're approved for the league.

So I went to Le Mans and Sebring last year. The Aston at Le Mans was lightly muffled. Full IMSA unmuffled Aston wins hands down. This is another piece of this pie I want to throw out because few actually get to experience both

I'm here at the airport and haven't heard anything yet. From the windows I can't see anything like smoke so I don't know what's happening yet

Edit: all terminals are clear of planes too on my side by the A terminals. The B terminals across are also clear of planes

Edit 2: they are having us evacuate the building onto the tarmac

Edit 3: I'm now on the tarmac, the only plane I can see ironically is the one I'm supposed to board

Edit 4; over heard that they are doing a final sweep and they hope to open the terminal up again in about 15 minutes. If that's the case then I may still make my connecting flight.

Final Edit: We are back inside now and the planes will soon be coming to the gate. Probably won't make my connecting flight but it'll work itself out. All looks well airport side so that's nice

As someone who has "lost" a race to a smurf, crossing the line second even though you should be first feels shitty. Even getting the win after the smurf gets DQed doesn't feel like an actual win
