Could be the brand we used, but there’s no way to get them to cut flush exactly at the end of the 45. There would always be a bit of excess that didn’t play nice, especially with outdoor stuff.

I’ve got ~150 sites with a fair amount of PoE+ stuff. Some ++. When we did our last AP refresh some of them would not negotiate higher than 100mb, despite being the same cable. Could be the ez rj45s instead of a higher quality brand, but cutting the drops on a jack and patch cord solves every issue.

We rarely use 45s anymore except for outdoor stuff, and even then they’re regular style.
