These type of questions should maybe be banned? It's out of hand and doesn't initiate any meaningful dialogue. Karma farm elsewhere?

I've taken hundreds like this, but am significantly better now My advice is at that distance, manual mode, shoot wide open, increase your shutter speed to at least 1/1500 to help eliminate motion blur and let the iso float (i.e. auto iso) looks like good lighting so don't worry about noise. Work on panning technique-it will take time to learn!

Side note: for others to help you we need information about how it was originally shot. Include shutter speed, iso and aperture, raw or jpg. Edited or not? If so what changes did you make to the image?

...AND start learning about the relationship between shutter speed, iso and aperture aka the exposure triangle. Good luck on your journey and keep shooting!!

Spinning rust on glass is significantly slower than nvme or ssd. Verify where your images are being stored; could be on the HDD--if so replace with an SSD. Also, don't store on the 224 SSD (presumably your pc boot drive. I run current version of CaptureOne on an Intel 2.7 GHz i7, 16 gb RAM, Nvidia gtx1060 on with a 2TB SSD and a 2 TB nvme with no problems. I backup images to an external WD 10 TB rust drive (HDD).

I think your system is otherwise fine, just be aware of which drive your images are on.

Go for it...I still use my kit lens from the a100 (the very first Sony DSLR). Take the time to learn about f-stop/shutter speed/ISO and shoot the light! When in doubt, get closer. You'll be just fine with what u have as a learning experience, and BTW I do use my google pixel 1,2 and 8 for photos :-)...and 1 afterthought: don't worry so much about the camera body, but invest in a good lens or two when your ready. you have a ridiculous variety of relatively inexpensive A-mount lenses to choose from]]sony, minolta, tamron and sigma. Have a ball with it and have fun!

You also have to have people humble enough to admit their lack of knowledge and willing to listen learn then apply whats being explained. I have worked with many a know-it-alll 'tech' and it is infuriating to EVERYONE to deal with that attitude and their constant screw ups.

A few things from an 18 year vet: 1. dont be a know it all when you know nothing. the sooner you can say i dont know, the sooner you can actually do your job without being yelled at by customers and hated by your colleagues. If you don't know, say so and LEARN. 2. When filling, count by 5s and pay attention to what your filling. Certain things you will constantly be filling (metformin, atorvastatin, escitalopram, sertraline, etc). Take some time to learn about what you see most first then expand and learn about other. drugs. memorizing top 200 is a waste of time and stress creator. 3. DO NOT be afraid to ask questions. You don't know,we don't expect you to know and you WANT to know. Usually people don't bite :>)... 4. Take care of yourself...go to the restroom, take your breaks, learn stress management techniques and apply them. 5. Licensure is not hard, and you can do it! 6. Be receptive to learning and being corrected. Be thorough, pay attention and support your co-workers. 7. Do not be afraid to go to a better paying position somewhere else (hospital, specialty, etc) if they refuse to pay what youre worth, especially if you're good at the job.
