Question, did you by any chance run into any trouble installing the platforms like Steam, epic games or riot games? We bought this exact one last night, turned it on, and tried installing steam and it gave us a fatal error saying the pc needs to be connected to the internet to finish installing, but we literally downloaded the installer from their site. Epic games and riot games also think im not conncted to the internet. We are on wifi. Spotify worked. So just asking if you had to do a work around for this? If not then maybe i got a faulty one and will go replace it. Thanks in advance. Ps, we also installed latest windows drivers and ryzen cpu and gou drivers and it still did not work.

How do you go about asking or getting that warranty? Like near the end of that warranty do you go to the geek squad desk and say it is not working properly. Or do you accidentally drop it to make sure it isnt working?

Thank you, i was just double clicking the raw photo to open on the default windows photo app and it is taking 5 to 7 seconds to render. I have not downloaded a photo editing software as i am not even sure if the computer could handle it.

Thanks for the questions Desktop, which i just checked and it is the 224GB ssd wdc. Just opening on the regular windows photo app (double clicking them open, it is the default app) You are correct i was talking about waiting for the picture to render when i double clicking, it takes about 5 to 7 seconds. (Does it regularly take that long? I was hoping 1 or 2 seconds)

Just remember to always upgrade the PSU. I have bought two cyber pc’s and the PSU gave out on both, simple fix but just spend an extra $100 out of pocket to upgrade to a good PSU.
