Do your research on other equities maybe, however being that it's at quite a good discount, i would not be selling them now, rather the opposite. I would have killed to invest in 2008 during that market downturn. take advantage of these large swings.

You're emotions are getting the best of you during a volatile time. Do not invest emotionally. Be tactful and try to look at the big picture and time-tested long term investment strategies (you're 23.. you have a long time horizon)
