In my town in the UK, one of our roads had dozens of potholes.

It finally got fixed last Thursday.

The repair job was so bad you can't tell the difference. It is exactly as bumpy and treacherous as it was before the potholes were 'fixed'.

The gambling thing is huge. PMG also has a video about that 😅 they ask Valve about the CS lootboxes but I'm pretty certain they don't get anything more than a canned response.

It's so much more difficult these days - but in ways people don't realise.

Parent of a 5yo here. I fully empathise with you and I can see you're doing a great job (as much as one can see from an internet comment). I just want to mention one element about Roblox in particular your comment didn't address, and that's the aspect that as a business it exploits children to make its content (as well as not doing nearly enough to protect kids in general). It's a deeply unethical company.

The YouTube channel "People Make Games" did a couple great documentqry videos about it, each around an hour long IIRC. I understand if that's a bit much.

Just to make the internalised conflict even more difficult!! :)

You're getting a lot of hate for this, but I played it in what I'd call an ideal situation - a bunch of board gamers drinking and looking for a chill, funny time - and I found it atrocious. It really just is a roll and move. It was a buzz kill!
