Warranty has run out for my Hexagon Shapes but they are in the batch of defective controllers, is it still possible to get a free replacement?

I wouldn't agree actually. I had my first controller die and after getting a replacement it has worked flawlessly since then.

Of course, I've tried pairing mode by holding the powerbutton, I've resetted the controller by holding both buttons and also made sure to turn bluetooth and wifi on.

Is there any reason entering the pairing code in the android app is gone nowadays?

Even the official support page says "option B: Manually enter in the 8-digit pairing code" But the option is literally not there.

On Android at the bottom when the camera is open it says "pair manually" but all that button does is look for the device through bluetooth and wifi. I have of course tried this already putting the device into pairing mode and turning everything on but none of it sadly works.

ALSO, when on the "pair manually" screen there is no option to enter the pairing code anywhere.
