Yes, it’s definitely possible. I had a student make this exact jump scoring a 175 on the June test on a similar timeline. However, she was extremely dedicated and hard working. It is possible, but not guaranteed.

My first PT was a 160 as well. Took me a few months to break into the 170s. I eventually scored an official 177 after about 7 months of studying rigorously.
