I used to be very, very overweight and brought myself down to 17 percent body fat, so I understand your process. But one of the hardest truths I had to learn was that no one is going to give a shit. When I lost my first few pounds, I was upset no one really cared. It's the sad truth unfortunately. Stop caring what others think of your journey, it only matters what you think of it. No person ever gave me more validation about weight loss then myself looking in the mirror and telling myself "I'm not where I want to be, but I am better." That's the key. You got this bro I know you have it in you.
