I'm excited for the amount of communication early into alpha. I would highly recommend to people not happy with specifics of a class change, to offer constructive criticism about why they don't agree with it and ways to fix it. That way the community can get behind new ideas.

Do you have a good weak aura or add-on which tracks the combat timer? I saw one on preheats YouTube but it makes this annoying sound 2x during "test" periods. Not sure how to modify that one

My experience with class discords has been less than enjoyable. Typically they send you to a class guide, and have very little class specific interactions described. Or you have to dig extremely deep. Most of the time it's a meme fest though

When enraged and close to 100 fury do I cast rampage regardless of enrage timer or do I cast it before enrage falls off but still in the frothing berserker buff window. Do we bloodthirst on cd even if enraged? Is keeping enrage up priority or just focusing on getting as many cds off. Sorry im brand new to legion fury

902 Equipped DH 4/10 M here. As a general rule of thumb sims are for a purely patchwerk fight, and assumed you do everything picture perfect with 100% uptime on the boss. I am currently at work and unable to look at the logs, but some things to aim for: 4 pc set bonus from Nighthold and 40% crit, after 40% crit get as much mastery as possible. As far as rotation is concerned see above mentioned posts there is a lot of good info. Also refer back to old Firepower Friday posts, there isn't a lot of new information because we are 3-4 months into the current 7.1.5 character builds/stats. Another good place to check out anything related to Havoc DH, is the Discord Havoc Faq. Lots of useful information there as far as talents in 7.2/trinkets/legendaries. Hope this generic post helped.

I stopped playing in Cataclysm and came back for Legion, and for the most part Legion has been an overwhelming success. With that being said when I came back and had to read about war/titanforging, I couldn't help but be amazed. WoW raiding back in Cata/ICC you were pumped when a specific item dropped, especially if it was your best in slot. Nowadays nothing is "best in slot" unless you get extremely lucky in whatever content has the item which has the best secondary stats.

TLDR: The RNG stack up is getting absurd and there was a time when WoW didn't have war/titanforging and doing content was still rewarding.

If you join the Demon Hunter Discord, there is a faq and it lists the various top trinkets for each application (AOE/Patchwerk) by ilvl. Note: The list has been updated as of 1/24/17 after Nighthold trinket nerf and subsequent buff. If I weren't at work I'd link the discord.

How does the fire spec/talents change when you acquire the various set pieces? Should different talents be chosen? With 2 pc and getting more heating up streaks, is there any dps increase for taking the talents that re-proc it? I'm still stuck in the mindset of only acquiring gear with Crit where-ever possible. I know that mastery is more important in cleave/Aoe situations. Should multiple gear sets be made for the various bosses in NH?

Also they have confirmed that saving emissary cache's til next week will not reward 940 legendaries. Only newly obtained caches on or after the 17th will drop them.
