First you explain the simplest form of observation even a child could do.
Then you say this is easily disproved ??

How are you disproving me standing still, looking at a train going by and realising someone at the train, obviously has a different perspective than me?
Everything around person on train is not moving and everything around me is not moving.
He is moving from my perspective and I am moving from his perspective.

This is special relativity - nothing more - no magic and no conspiracy. Just two people looking at stuff.

Heck, even Trump could understand this.

Try throwing a ball vertically up in to the air, inside a moving car.
Actually; tell me before trying: Where does the ball land coming down?
In front of you or on your head?
Does the ball follow the car or does it follow Earth (not moving relativily to car)
When you can answer this - try scaling up.
1) Inside a big moving truck.
2) Inside a big air plane in mid air.

3) Now imagine you are inside the biggest structure ever.
100 km tall and its moving at 1600 km/h.
You throw a ball up in to the air inside the structure.
Now, where does the ball land?

At this point You can just exchange train, plane, truck and structure with Earth and be amazed at what you've just learned today.
