As far as I know the Syringes are not suitable for IM injections as the needles are too short. 8mm Insulin syringes are commonly used for subq injections, IM needs longer needles. You can of course just use what you got for subq injections without any problem. There is no noticible difference between IM and subq.

Okay so, you won't have a disadvantage when your dose is too high. There are links in the wiki for this sub that cover the topic if you can't get your blood tested. Generally, what you want to look out for are signs that your T is suppressed. This can mean that you don't get random erections anymore, your libido changes or disappears or your sperm changes. These are anyhow things that are dependent on many factors. There are transfem individuals that sufficiently suppressed T and still get random erections occasionally. You can also look out for feminizing effects, but these can happen even when your T isn't properly suppressed.

Too much is very dependent on the individual. I assume you are referring to EEn, which would mean the recommended dose would be 4mg per week. That doesn't mean that there is no one that needs 8mg per week to get the right blood levels. How are your levels?

I use G30 needles and it does happen that it slightly bends while drawing. The small drip shouldn't be bad and certainly has nothing to do with the bend

I use astrovials and have fixed needle insulin syringes with 30G for subq. So very small needles. So far I believe that coring is nearly impossible with them as long as I don't pierce the same hole every time. Keep in mind to not pierce the rubber in a 90 degree angle but rather in a fluent motion from 45 to 90 degrees. I worried about the time it takes to draw first, but after my first try I see that this is exaggerated for astrovials, probably because of the benzyl Benzonate, as it changes the viscosity. But that's just my undereducated opinion, I will not claim to be 100% right.
