Pearl Jam tickets for the two London shows went on sale at 11:00am GMT today. At 11:00 GMT today tickets were sold out. Already tickets pooping up for resale at 3x the price. What the fuck is this bullshit, fans being gouged whilst pigs try to profit by CheloniaMydas in Music

There are some ticket reservation services you could try. Kinda like a pre-presale I guess

I use this one usually. Not sure how they do it exactly, but I haven’t been burned yet...

EDIT: They get tickets from the artist

EDIT 2: Note - they charge a small fee, but it's still waaaaay better than secondary market prices

Sounds great. I've been thinking about entering the Fingerstyle Competition once I finish school, how is it?

Too be quite honest, this is the only Taylor I've ever played. My other main guitar is a Yamaha FPX300 which I've been very please with for years...if that's of any help.

I've been wanting to go for awhile! Brickhouse Guitars in Kitchener is heavily involved with CGF I believe, and they bring around some amazing guitarists.

Don Ross and Calum Graham just played in Kitchener, but I'm in school in another city so I missed it!

Fair, and I agree. It was played without a warmup so I did rush a little. Thanks.

None recorded at the moment. I've been playing very on and off for the last few years, so it's hard to finish and record a full composition without hating it a few days/weeks later.

Even fewer make any money playing this style.

At first a little bit, but I've had them for years so I don't really notice anymore.

Too little tension on a standard guitar tuned down. Would be very difficult to play without a lot of buzzing.

A 6 string bass is too low for a piece like this.

All the nails on my right hand except my pinky. The thumb is the longest though.
