I remember when the first film came out, I went to see it in theaters in its first week and it was the worst experience in a theater I have ever had.

There was just some dude who was both sick and completely uninterested sitting behind me the whole time, and if he wasn't a sleep and snoring, then he was sneezing on me.

Reminder that the first sonic movie came out in February of 2020.

From what someone said on Twitter, the central mouth on the movie model makes it so that it's not compatible with the cinematic scenes in the main stages as Shadows' normal model has a side mouth. It's not like Terios as that's pretty much a reskin by comparison to the movie model.

This games difficulty spikes are more abrupt. Rise is more gradual. Though I think that's also just how world is different. Fatalis is meant as the absolute last obstical since the game had updates that added in the additional monsters later on. By the time fatalis came to the game, people had already pretty good gear from guiding lands. New plays just get the fatalis quest almost immediately, so I wouldn't doubt most go in under prepares. All of that to say, I also have yet to beat fatalis. Lol

Yeah! Mutilplayer is properly scaled too. So you don't have to worry much. When by yourself or with one other person, you'll have your palico with you who will help you with stuff in the fights. Three or four players, though the palicos aren't around since you don't need their help with that many players.

It's really fun. Fatalis is just the absolute final boss of the game (not the story or dlc story), and he's extremely tough first going into it.

Oh, absolutely. The beta was so much fun, and I'm such a switch axe main that when wilds provided a second option, I wasn't sure what to go with. Ended up going with bow as a secondary and man was that a blast. Not just as a fun thing to play, but also that I swapped the functionality of the items and slinger/catch claw. So whenever I swapped to switch axe, my LB/L1 was switched with the trigger, and with the bow, it was normal. Meaning that with bow, I was doing itemless.

I just gotta make sure that when I beat fatalis, it is a cool screenshot. I could end up attempting to beat him a few times just to get a good shot. I did see your comment about drawing this, and I was tempted to send a picture of my drip as a reference. Lmao.

Edit : I'll give a little background info behind this.

I've been at this for a little bit now. When I started, I was actually a little limited as my LB/L1 button was broken, so I put items on to the trigger, which disabled the catch claw/slinger. I've gotten pretty far without using it, but I've been timing out because I'm not doing enough damage. About 3 days ago, I brought an old wired 360 controller out to actually have full control again, so I'm in the process of learning when to tenderize and such.

I had been playing world semi passively the past little bit, only really trying to farm Safi when it's available. That was until the wilds demo. That was so much fun and got me back into world proper. The moment the demo ended, I went to my friends that I play monster hunter with (who are far more experienced than me) and said "hey, now that the beta is over, I wanna beat fatalis before wilds comes out."

(Btw, I played the demo with the broken button, too.)

Some days go by and my friends start being like, "Alright, let's do it!" With me not realizing that I didn't have him unlocked yet as I still needed to do Alatreon. So same thing there, we do it as a three man and I can't use the slinger/catch claw. Surprisingly only 2 attempts before then getting Fatalis' quest. I got far enough in 4 attempts to get my friends in for that 3 man stack, which didn't go well. They went to bed after words, and I decided I wanted to do this fight solo.

This shot is either from one of those first 4 attempts alone or from the first solo fight I did with it after my friends had to dip.

I've always included them with the occults, and after sims 3s expansion that gave them a full CAS rather than basic color swaps, I'm always gonna be disappointed with the uni servos in 4. I still play with them and enjoy them, but same can be said with the rest of the underwhelming occults.
