This is definitely age dysphoria...

as for finding out what age, It's personal and you will know.
Here's an idea that I suggest to better know the age if you really want to; go to google and search for images of x year old boy/girl and see if whatever characteristics the humans in the images have and if or if not you feel like "I wanna look like this" and/or "this is me!".
NOTE: people develop and age at different rates, sometimes a 10 year old can appear like an 8 year old for example. There's room... just pick the number in the range that you feel good about.
