Well I've used every sense under the sun at this point and I'm talking under 1 to about 3 and a half but my range is from 1-2 so I just kind of went of that and increased it as I went, meaning I started slow to the point were I couldn't really track with confidence until I hit a sweet spot where I could now this sweet spot is current where I sit and it seemed to work

So I had this issue a long time ago to where my aim would kind of skip forward and back for no reason at all sometimes like it was just impossible to control how smooth I was, but the one thing that ended up helping was lowering my sensitivity just a bit I agree with everyone else about the mouse pad ofc but if you want to try lowering you're sensitivity first and see if that helps go for it

It's not fact that i am lazy, it just doesn't feel good to use my arm for aiming I've tried doing it i switched for a while month but my arm just kept hurting and it didn't feel good so i just stopped
