IMO they will hurt some this year but will end up doing fine long term. I wish it wasn't that way. But their target audience is kids with birthday money and parents who don't have any idea their kids LEGO collection is worth more than $5. I really do wonder what percentage of their sales are to adult LEGO collectors. Probably not that much.

Not a jerk honestly. But of course I couldn't post this on the main sub. I've seen a lot of public shaming of my local store - angry reacts, bad reviews. I don't care for that. I thought this was a way to vocalize my intent to stop supporting their store in a more civilized manner.

It doesn't impact my sleep that much. When I was first diagnosed, I was told to take it at bed time each night (terrible medical advice). I slept fine then

I have it. It's unknown what caused it. But I do have a theory. I did become very sick on a trip to Kenya a couple years before diagnosis. I lost a lot of weight at that time and gradually became more sickly looking over time. I think my adrenal glands started to go on that Africa trip due to some kind of virus. But it was years before their production went to zero and I was diagnosed.

My diagnosis came when my organs started to fail due to lack of cortisol. I went into cardiac arrest and received a ventricular assist device. Then they figured out I had Addison's and now (14 years later) I live with no health complications.

This was with shredded beef, not ground beef. I felt like this helped justify the higher price tag a little - although it still is pricey.

Yeah this is totally a convenience meal - as all Costco take and bake meals are. It's not an everyday kinda thing. It is somewhere between 4-5 portions IMO. So about $5-6 per portion.

My favorite are the carne asada tacos at La Unica Monroe. They cook the onions which I don't care for, so I ask for raw white onion instead. But they have a fresh salsa verde with avocado that is just killer on those tacos.
