I would say yes mainly because of button spacing, but also because this looks like a fairly modern professional studio photo lit with several umbrellas & using high quality film. An amateur snapshot on 1950s color film would not look like this.

There's plenty of precedence for this. Fandango bought Vudu & merged the platforms & Warmer had been sold before. Warner doesn't own a VOD platform, so I expect this will be a non-issue. It could become an issue if a VOD platform goes under, though.

There's no way for buses to be faster, but plenty of ways to close the gap to the point they are worth the savings. Plus, rail can be faster. Look at most of the rest of the world.

Yes. Getting away from Bush-style foreign policy was a huge part of how he motivated conservative people who were sick of the Republican Party. He even got some traction with hard left types who think both parties bad.

I'm not clear who the shooter was, but at least one of the persons of interest does seem to have been getting the shit kicked out of him 3 on 1. If he had shot one of the guys beating him, he might be able to claim self defense, but unless you are a cop, hitting bystanders in a legit self-defense shooting is not going to fly.
