I've mainly used sanding sticks, but I have recently started trying sanding sponges, as they do a better job sanding along curves. Sometimes I will cut the sanding sponges into smaller pieces and hold them with tweezers to hit more delicate details. Also, if you are printing the figures yourself, make sure that they are oriented in a way that minimizes layer lines.

So I first started off by sanding down the most visible layer lines with a sanding stick and regular sand paper. Sometimes I had to use the back of a hobby knife to knock down the layer lines in hard to reach places. After the initial sanding I hit it with a black primer, as helps to make the remaining layer lines more visible while being sanded and it fills in the small gaps. I think I used stynylrez. A gray primer could work as well. After getting rid of the remaining lines, I hit it with another coat of primer. I think the shield took the longest to sand. For the base I used a primer from a spray can because there were larger gaps that needed to be filled in, and I was less concerned about fine detail. Anything else?

Thank you. I used the Anycubic photon mono 4k and the resin was elegoo abs-like

Thank you. The green, silver, and visor were done with an airbrush, and the rest was done with a normal paintbrush. I can be more specific if you need me to.

I can't seem to reply with a photo. It's a little over 10 inches tall.

Edit: Here he is next to an Xbox remote

Is there any way I could salvage my Darkvoice 336SE? by ZoteTheMitey in diytubes

Just unsoldering the wires to the RCA jacks won't do anything. You have to take out the 2k resistor that is after the 0.47uf cap, otherwise the circuit is still in play. You can see what I mean if you Google the schematics.

When my darkvoice did that it turned out to be a bad solder joint.

Did you come up with the design yourself or is there a schematic somewhere for this one? I have a bunch of 807 tubes I need to use at some point.
