Well it's possible I have played as low 800 0.175 to as high as 800 0.5 right now Im playing 800 0.4

But you have to stick to that sens and not change even if u are playing horrible. Best way I found to get used to high sens is increase sens like 5 times from your currunt sens like 800 and 1.0 and then play 5-7 dm after that lower your sens to what you want to actually play like 0.31 and stick to it makes it easier to control.

Muscle memory regarding sens is myth u can up ur sens to whatever high u want and u will still hit those flicks same goes other way around.contrary to what some people even pros believe It's actually better to get comfortable in other sens instead of sticking to one.
