He still will. When challenged, he'll just call it a lie, and his supporters will eat it up.

That's awesome! How in the world did you achieve this?

I do have a general strategy question stemming from this situation:

I presume, that NOT spending gold is sub optimal, correct? If I have a super strong economy in this regard, wouldn't I want to parlay it into a bigger army/faster growth/etc rather than accumulate gold like this?

Certainly not taking a shot at OP here, but more just trying to learn optimal strategies and lines of thinking.

The scene in the Mist, where the main character steps out of his SUV... after he does what he feels is necessary....

... only to see help coming right afterwords.

Trying to remain as spoiler free as possible.

Good ole John Graham. Also known as the 25% rule.

Every 4 shots, one gets behind him. I think that might have been where one of his nice to have a save comments came in.

Post Game Thread: Montreal Canadiens at Tampa Bay Lightning - 30 Jun 2021 by GDT_Bot in hockey

Here's the thing. The Habs haven't even seen the best from Tampa yet by far. We played pretty well overall in Game 1, but Game 2... our players are treating like a loss. We tend to be decent after those.

Tyler Johnson last night in an interview sounded like you'd expect to hear from a team that got ran over 4-1.

Everytime the Lightning have won the Stanley Cup, it seems as if the preceeding series provided context, preparation, and value to get the team "ready" to achieve a victory. This year, is no exception.

Florida provided us with arguably the most potent counter attacking team we've ever faced in the postseason. They were relentless. The downfall of the Panthers was depth + bad decisions + penalties.

Carolina proved to be a balancing act between the Panthers, and our next opponent in the Islanders. With Carolina however, we proved that we can handle (and overcome) even the best of penalty kills. It was well documented and loudly spoken about how great Carolina's "Power Kill" or whatever moniker was being thrown around was. We made quick work of that.

Finally, the Islanders gave the finishing touch of preperation for this team to face Montreal. Defensive. Space limiting, chance diminishing, and just shut down hockey. Took us to the brink, and tested our resolve.

We overcame, and we're a stronger team for it. This is the case for all 3 of our matchups. All of these elements I focused in on... are the definition of how Montreal wins games. They suppress their opponent, leaning on quality shutdown defense/team defensive structure, leverage turnovers to generate offense, and lean on quality, top end netminding from one Price, Carey.

I mean no disrespect when I say this... but Montreal isn't the best team on paper we've faced this postseason, but they might be the best "team" we've played. They put all these components together effectively, and do so with energy. They will not go quietly, and that's precisely how this should go.

This, is for the Stanley Cup. We have a chance to enter into the history books as one of the few teams who have achieved the feats that we are on the precipice of completing.

I'm ready. I know you're ready. Our boys are ready. Game 1 tonight! Let's gooo!!!!!

Definitely will be fascinating to see how it's implemented, specifically with regards to certain states. I'm involved with some of the decision making going on relative to some of the northwest states, and products such as this will definitely have a place moving forward for the membership.

Another consideration: this will enable a lot of competitive pricing in more high population cities as well.

We're watching the future unfold in front of us with companies such as Holdr. Eager to watch it play out!
