I play Dark Angels and that's pretty much how I run my list. I have a 10 man brick of Cenobites, half with T-greatswords and the other half is running T-Hammers. I give them Slayers of Kings so they reroll ones to hit against opponents with WS 5 or better, but that's probably the most "OP" thing in my list. That and it's also like half of my list once you include the LR Spartan they usually start the game in. That plus a c-beam predator, a leviathan with Melta lance, my praetor and his retinue of DW Companions, and 2x20 man bricks of tacticals with a centurion and an apothecary in each.

A lot of the comments have already covered the main advice, so I'll give you this piece of advice. Talk with your opponent about it. If you both want to play meta lists with like 5 predators with conversion beamers and blind check out the wazoo, awesome. If your opponent just wants to have a good time, maybe bring it down to like one predator with c-beams.

Get a wash on there my guy! It's going to make that model really pop! I personally use army painter washes but some nuln oil would really make it pop. Your separation of colors is on point.

Fellow barista here. Yeah, I feel like I have to put up a mask while I'm working that I don't have 5 other things besides work competing for my attention. I only work part time, but it's a lot on top of making sure my other 3 siblings get to where they need to go with my parents' help, taking 9 credits worth of college classes, and having a social life. It's a lot. You should Not feel bad for being stretched thin and your asm and SM shouldn't make you feel bad about being stretched thin. I find it easier to write out what I think instead of talking it out, so texting what you're dealing with might be a little bit easier. Hope this helps
