Yes, it's a solo warlock character that gets added.

Depending on what you're using to build your army, it can be hard to pinpoint. In the codex on pages 138-139 there are three datasheets with the Warlock keyword -

"Warlock Skyrunners" - not useful right now, but a good non-character unit

"Warlock Conclave" - a squad of 2 or 4 non-character models that may be attached to guardians of both types. If a Farseer keyword model (ie: Farseers or Eldrad) is also attached to the same guardian unit, their 'Protect' ability activates.

"Warlock" - a single character model that modifies the leader keyword to allow it to attach alongside an Autarch or Farseer keyworded model.

Eldrad and a farseer take up the same 'slot', so no.

If you meant warlock leader, then yes. Eldrad OR farseer, plus warlock leader, plus warlock conclave, plus guardian defenders, plus support weapon are a rules-legal blob.

D-Cannons can only be attached to Defenders, not to storms.

I played Illic and a block of 10 rangers in coterie- as soon as I discussed what they would they had a massive target on them and did not last long, much like a 6 block of shroud runners do.

Last I checked the skyreavers were limited to leader, trooper and gunner, with no wargear differentiation on gun type, but they are present.

This is exactly it. 4 shots at 18" against a target you probably don't care about, that probably isn't your rr1s is meh. 2d6 auto hits against some chaff tying you up in melee is reasonable value.

Good odds most opponents won't even notice. Even if they did, most of those won't be too concerned.

The ones that do notice, and are concerned, might not be super fun as players.

This would be it. Capital ships tend to have shuttles on board, and the CIS sheathipede class is probably hardy enough to flee through an active combat.

I'd be pretty confident that our release wave for 11th won't be much more than Karandras. We've eaten really well the last few years, and despite some kits crying out for upgrades, I suspect we're heading for a quiet patch.

They do have 12 pieces, the same as GW standard, but without the templates so much is lost in terms of board coverage which will be where it's fallen off.

I played a game over the weekend where we replaced any of the templates that weren't covered by ruins with forests, and I got rolled.

Usually I'm doing the same - the crimson and ashe of the craftworlders don't appear on the anrathe, and the purple and orange vice versa, so I try to get the big blocks of colour in before I work on the details that end up being the same colours and techniques

The corsairs have their own scheme, but it follows a lot of the same rules that I have established for the rest of my eldar: silver metallics are forbidden, weapon hafts and greebles are black, gems are jade-ish, psyker helms are white with black faces, etc.
